Essentials is designed to introduce you to the foundations of Reformer Pilates in a supportive, low-impact environment. You’ll learn core alignment principles, how to safely navigate the Reformer, and build strength, stability, and mobility at a pace that suits your body.
Expect thoughtful cues, slower transitions, and focused attention on breath and control. Ideal for those new to Pilates or returning after time away.

Mixed-Level, Core Class
Our signature class — the heart of the Maison Pilates method.
Signature blends classical technique with contemporary flow to deliver a balanced, full-body Reformer workout. You’ll move through sequences that build strength, lengthen muscles, and enhance postural alignment, while always returning to breath and control.
Expect options to layer up or down, with guidance tailored to your needs. This class will leave you calm, focused, and deeply connected to your body.
Suitable for most levels with prior Pilates or general fitness experience. Pre/post-natal welcome with Reformer experience.
Strong + Flow-Based
A flowing, energising Reformer class designed to challenge and uplift.
Dynamic is our more powerful format, combining functional strength, balance, and endurance in one full-body workout. Expect continuous movement, energising transitions, and creative sequences that leave you feeling strong and accomplished.
With a focus on control, power, and rhythm, Dynamic is best for those ready to push themselves a little further.
Not recommended for absolute beginners or during pregnancy.
